  Very seldom do staff use their manners. I realize they are busy however, it takes but a minute to say please, thank you and you're welcome. This annoys me more than my order being messed up! Just an FYI to the staff, I only tip for friendly, polite service; there are probably other customers who do the same. Customer Service training is lacking.

  Three instances in the same week, we picked up our order through the drive-thru and the order was missing a hash brown.
  
  This time we proceeded to order inside the restaurant, as we would be able to check our order and ask for an extra hash brown if one was missing. Two of us weren't notified until after placing our orders that they had neither Sausage English Muffins nor hash browns. We were asked if we were fine with Bacon English Muffins, as well as substitutes for our hash browns.
  
  My friend asked to have his meal refunded - the restaurant could not process the transaction on Visa, so he had to be reimbursed with cash/change. The only substitute I was interested in for the hash brown was a bagel, but the employee said this was too expensive a substitute for the hash brown.
  
  Consistent demonstration of carelessness, along with a lack of effort to compensate the customer when the restaurant is unable to follow up on transactions made with the customer. No longer providing our business to this Tim Hortons, which I imagine will be significant considering their emphasis placed on the hash brown-bagel price differential.

  Assistant manager made me wait several times while taking my order at the window. Then accidentally complained about how long I was taking over the speaker. I ordered one meal and the only changes made to it were due to unavailable ingredients. Asked for my coffee order twice and was curt. Will not be returning.

  Usually quite busy, last time there the staff messed up order but that seems to happen at all Tim's from time to time.
