  Everyone is complaining about this place but I have been coming here for years. I have never had my food turn into slime or a mess like those other people are saying, and I live well over a half hour away. It is my favorite chinese restaurant and I usually order a ton when I go because I don't get to go very often.

  Take out meal was fine. I would not dine in because of poor customer service and unkept dining room. Witnessed a cook enter the bathroom with apron on which really disgusted me. Not sure quality assurance or health and safety are priority.

  I will not be going back to this restaurant I could not believe how dirty everything was, the walls, the bathroom, the floors, the tables, the chairs, the windows, front counter etc. It actually blew me away that I even stayed and if I could have done it over I definitely would have left. If they keep their dining room that dirty it makes you wonder what their kitchen looks like. Gross. Never going back.

  Take out order was on time. The rest of the experience was gross. I got home 5 Min's after picking up my order right at the 25 minute mark. Got home, and it was a big bag of slime. The containers are non-biodegradable and difficult to dispose of and everything was just soaked in gravy. Pretty much had to wear gloves to disassemble everything.
  
  There was such a huge amount of slime leaking out of one of the food containers, that they had double wrapped it in a Ziploc container. Picture a Styrofoam container soaking in gravy wrapped in a weird plastic bag in am additional brown paper bag. Most other restaurants have solved this problem by using disposable plastic bowls with sealable lids but apparently that's too good for Tantallon.
