  There are good McDonald's, there are great McDonald's and then there's THIS McDonald's. They consistently have the slowest drive-thru lanes in the city. There is usually a mistake with our order. And staff always look like they are running around without a clue - It's always chaotic. Every time I go (about twice a year) I always kick myself for coming back. I think the management just don't care about a great customer experience.

  One of the worst McDonalds I've ever been to.
  I ask for an English muffin at the counter. The girl at the cash was obviously new so she had to check with another employee (which was understandable). The other employee didn't know now did the third one. They finally ask the manager and behold, I could get my English muffin. The girl at the cash asked me if I wanted butter on it (I said yes).
  My English muffin didn't have butter, my wrap (I asked for it grilled) and it came crispy. What should have been a 2-minute order turned into at least 5 with a crowd of people behind me.
  The only good thing about this McDonald's was the manager, Lauren. She sorted things out really quickly.

  Waited in drive through for 15 minutes for 2 jr chickens and 2 chicken wraps. Eventually they told me to park and they will bring the food out to me another 10 minutes went buy and they finally brought the fiod out so 25 minutes waiting for a simple order will never be going to tantallon mc donalds again

  Service here is fine, but today when I went in...I understand staff can't babysit the bathrooms every 10 minutes, but I won't even include a picture here. I'll let you use your imagination as to what urine and fecal matter look like when they are on a toilet seat.
